Manometer Fluid Refill

- Remove tubing from vent stack and manometer and shake out any liquid.
- Unscrew zero adjust knob until it stops(it won't come out on its own) and then screw it back in half of the full unscrewed distance.
- Remove cover from fill hole
- Insert tip of gauge oil(red dye oil) bottle into fill hole.
- Squeeze bottle to inject liquid until you can just see it in glass incline tube on guage.
- Replace fill hole cover.
- Turn zero adjust knob until end of liquid is at the "0" on the gauge.
- Reconnect tube.
- Check to see that level is between marks on your glass incline tube.
- If the end of the liquid is not between the marks, check to make sure fan is on.
- If fan is on and the end of the liquid is not between the marks on the glass incline tube, call us at 1-800-698-9655.
