Manometer Fluid Refill

  1. Remove tubing from vent stack and manometer and shake out any liquid.
  2. Unscrew zero adjust knob until it stops(it won't come out on its own) and then screw it back in half of the full unscrewed distance.
  3. Remove cover from fill hole
  4. Insert tip of gauge oil(red dye oil) bottle into fill hole.
  5. Squeeze bottle to inject liquid until you can just see it in glass incline tube on guage.
  6. Replace fill hole cover.
  7. Turn zero adjust knob until end of liquid is at the "0" on the gauge.
  8. Reconnect tube.
  9. Check to see that level is between marks on your glass incline tube.
  10. If the end of the liquid is not between the marks, check to make sure fan is on.
  11. If fan is on and the end of the liquid is not between the marks on the glass incline tube, call us at 1-800-698-9655.
