| EPRO 150-6000 GPD Units
We can provide you with RO's for small laboratory applications to RO's that produce
hundreds of gallons per min. Please take a moment to review the check list below and take a look at a couple of
small RO we are featuring on this web site.
When buying an RO use the check list below to make sure you get what you really
need.
- Determine the amount of water you will need each day. - temperatures below 77°F will reduce the rated output
- Consider heating the water instead of increasing the size of the RO.
- Make sure the RO has a recycle loop to save water.
- The RO should have a low pressure shut down protection that prevents the rapid
cycling of and damage to the repressurization pump.
- The RO should be controllable by level floats in a storage tank.
- Make sure the RO has an automatic membrane flush.
- If pretreatment is required, make sure the RO has pretreatment lock out capabilities
to permit the regeneration of pretreatment equipment without by-passing untreated water to the RO.
- Use atmospheric storage and repressurization instead of increasing the size of
the RO to handle peak demands.
- Make sure the RO has monitors for system pressure, product water production,
TDS controller, feed water pressure and run time.
- Consider automatic shut down if preset parameters are not met - like- low rejection,
low pretreatment chemical, low feed pressure, etc....
- Are there provisions to make membrane cleaning easy-like- manual overrides, on
skid equipment for cleaning etc...
We feature EPRO RO's for small commercial RO's. EPRO makes a very high quality
and feature rich small commercial reverse osmosis (RO) systems. There are less expensive RO's on the market but
none come close when all the features of these units are added. Gives us a chance to show you the difference. We
know you will be convinced too.
