(Left) Prefilters and RO for laboratory water for a large paper mill. The boxes next to the pressure gauges are part of a remote monitoring system. Notice the unioned valving for easy service and and continued operation during filter changes. The RO is a Water Factory ACRO with its own percent rejection monitoring system, automatic shut down, flush, auto restart and pre-treatment lockout control. (Right) You see the storage tank and post filters for the same system as above. The post filters consist of .35 micron and .5 micron absolute filters in housings with double o-ring filter seals. The large piece sticking out of the tank is part of a remote water level monitor. There is a remote sensor, not shown in these pictures, that detects flow and allows the operator to remotely determine the operating condition of the RO.
