Answer each question by clicking on the best answer. The next screen will confirm your last answer and ask another question. When a possible solution to your problem is found, you will be directed to areas on this site that will tell you how the system works and what an actual system will look like.

What will you need to know?
You must be able to describe your water's clarity and color. Water is considered clear if words on a page would not be blurred when viewed through the water even if the water has color.
Examples -
• Pure water is clear and colorless (not white)
• Orange Kool-Aid is clear and orange
• Tea is clear and light brown
• Milk is cloudy and white
• Mississippi river water is cloudy and brown

What do you need?
The only tools you will need are good eyes, a good sense of smell and a white Styrofoam cup with a line drawn on the bottom to determine the clarity of the water.

Health Related Problems

Health related problems in water usually do not cause any observable problems like staining, odor, etc... If you have lab tests for a specific health related problem or are concerned about a health related problem, please contact us directly. Health related problems will require lab results to help determine a solution.

What to do next?
You will need to contact us to make an evaluation based on a site visit that will include special water sampling techniques and lab tests. This visit and testing will provide us with information for determining not only what type of equipment should be used but also the size of the equipment required.
