Leadership Team

Will Chappell

President

Will has been in a leadership position with Air & Water Quality since 2015. In 2021, he transitioned to an ownership role and is excited to guide AWQ in its next 30 years of success. Will relishes solving problems, working with people, and improving our customers’ quality of life. Originally from Tennessee, he received his BS in engineering from Tennessee Tech and MBA from the University of Tennessee. Proud to now call Maine home, he enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle, daughter Lottie, and goldendoodle Neyland. Outside of AWQ, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis, golf, skiing and rooting for his favorite sports teams; the Tennessee Volunteers, Boston Red Sox, and New England Patriots.

Jeff Twitchell

Sr. Vice President, Co-founder

Raised on a working farm, Jeff taught high school physics and chemistry for 10 years and also owned a building design and construction business prior to establishing Air & Water Quality. He has co-authored an EPA water radon course and served as an instructor for EPA radon programs at Rutgers University. Jeff has a Class II operators and distribution license for public water systems. In his free time, Jeff enjoys sailing and woodworking at his home in Union, Maine.

Jayson Morrison

Vice President, Sales

Jayson has been with Air & Water Quality since 2006. After graduating from the University of Maine, he started his career as an outside salesperson before transitioning to sales manager. He is often the person you will talk to when you call with questions about treating your water or mitigating radon in your home or business. Jayson lives in Freeport with his wife Jacie and two sons and is actively involved in the local community, serving on the board and helping coach with both Casco Bay Hockey and Freeport-Pownal Little League.
